Boutique on purpose

Observity is a managed IT provider based in the Fort Lauderdale area. We keep our client list small enough that the engineers who answer your requests are the same people who designed your network.

What that means for you

You'll know who answers
A small, named team handles your account. No tier-one call center, and no explaining your setup from scratch every time you ask for help.
Everything is written down, and it's yours
Network diagrams, credentials, procedures and vendor contacts live in a system you can access. If you ever leave, the documentation leaves with you.
Security comes standard
Multi-factor authentication, endpoint protection, patching and tested backups are in every plan. Selling them as add-ons just means some clients go without.
Reports in plain English
Each quarter you get a short report: what happened, what's at risk, what we recommend and what it costs. No dashboards you have to interpret.

Why Observity

In engineering, observability means being able to understand what a system is doing from the signals it gives off. That is the job as we see it: watch closely, explain clearly, and act while a warning is still small.

Fort Lauderdale is a city built around its waterways, and our visual language borrows from the nautical charts that keep boats off its reefs. Every magenta light on our charts is a check we run, with its own rhythm, the way a real light flashes on a schedule mariners can count on.

Two kinds of clients

Businesses

Law firms, medical and dental practices, accounting firms, marine businesses, property managers and nonprofits that need their technology to be dependable and their data protected.

Services for businesses

K–12 schools

Private, faith-based and charter schools that need 1:1 device programs, CIPA filtering, testing-ready networks and E‑Rate projects done right.

Technology for schools
