Technology for K–12 schools

Schools run on tight budgets, a fixed calendar and rules most IT firms have never read. We support private, faith-based and charter schools across Broward and southern Palm Beach County with device programs, filtering, campus networks and E‑Rate projects built around how a school year actually works.

What we do for schools

Schools also get everything in our managed IT and cybersecurity plans for staff and administration.

The school year is our calendar

Big changes happen when students are away. During testing windows, the network stays exactly as it was when we checked it.

  1. June and July

    Refresh and rebuild

Devices collected, repaired and reimaged. Network upgrades and E‑Rate installs while buildings are empty.

  2. August

    First bell

Accounts rostered, devices handed out, classroom technology checked room by room.

  3. Late summer into fall

    FAST PM1

Readiness checks on bandwidth, Wi‑Fi and devices before the first progress monitoring window.

  4. Winter

    FAST PM2 and E‑Rate season

Second testing window. Form 470 bids and budget planning for next year's projects.

  5. Spring

    FAST PM3 and closeout

Final testing window, device collection planning and the summer project schedule.

Schools we work with

Independent and private schools
A full IT department's worth of support without the headcount, from the front office to the science lab.
Faith-based and parochial schools
Practical, budget-conscious technology that also covers the parish or congregation offices next door.
Charter schools and networks
Consistent standards across campuses, Alyssa's Law coverage and reporting your governing board can read.

Plan next school year now

Summer projects and E‑Rate bids are decided months ahead. A short call now keeps your options open.
